NOTICE OF TENDER
FOR REPAIR OF CENTRAL SCHOOL DRIVEWAY
Central School is seeking to receive tender offers for repair of the school driveway. The current school driveway has deteriorated and needs to be repaired. The repair work would need to be conducted during the time the school is closed for holidays, between 1 to 30 December 2019.
The selection of the successful tender will be based on cost plus meeting project requirements. The school reserves the right to not accept any offers.
Project Details
The repair of the driveway would include, preparing the driveway for repairs (removal of broken sections of driveway), preparing for laying of new cement, laying of new cement and finishing. The supplier would need to provide their own equipment, materials and labour.
The section of driveway subject to repairs is approximately 100 meters long by 3 meters wide, as shown on map. The final driveway depth would need to be 12 cm, or an acceptable depth recommended by the supplier.
It is possible to inspect the driveway anytime Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (avoid lunch time), please ask for Steven Bough, Financial Controller.
Date of Project
Because the project will involve closing access to the school road, all aspects of the project need to be completed between 1 and 30 December 2019.
