Request for Tender Offers for Elective Building Tender

NOTICE OF TENDER
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TWO STORY CLASSROOM BUILDING
Central School is seeking to receive tender offers for the construction of a two story classroom building. The construction would need to begin in December 2021.
The selection of the successful tender will be based on cost plus meeting project requirements. The school reserves the right to not accept any offers.
Project Details
Central School does not have enough classrooms for all the subjects that are being taught. As a result, some classes are held in the school hall or other temporary locations. The new two story building will provide additional spaces for classes.
The building will consist of two classroom on the first floor, along with teacher’s offices and two classrooms and teacher’s offices on the second floor. For budgeting reasons the building will be built in two stages. Stage one will consist of building the first floor and having it ready for student use. Stage two will consist of building the second story at a later date. However, it may be possible that the school will build the entire building at once.
Services Required
The services required for this project are for the provision of a skilled construction crew, a construction supervisor, and equipment and tools. The school will act as contractor and supply the materials required for the project as well as project management.
It is possible to inspect the building site anytime Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 11:00 am, please ask for Steven Bough, Financial Controller.
Date of Project
Construction is expected to begin sometime in December 2021.

- Outline experience in performing similar works
- Submit proposed work schedule and time frame
- Submit proposed cost for required services
